Player Reports

Player Evaluation Reports are automatically generated by Central Scouting Services (CSS) as part of our standard scouting process whenever a player is observed by a CSS-affiliated scout. These reports are designed to provide an objective and comprehensive assessment of a player’s skill set, on-ice performance, and overall potential, based on direct in-person or video evaluation.

Players who have not yet been evaluated may formally request to be scouted and have a personalized report created on their behalf. To initiate this process, interested players should submit a request via email, including relevant details such as name, current team, position, and any applicable links to game footage or performance data. Upon receiving a request, a member of our scouting team will review the submission and respond with next steps regarding evaluation scheduling and report generation.

All CSS Player Reports are considered confidential and proprietary, and access is strictly limited to two parties:

  1. The individual player who is the subject of the report
  2. Verified scouts and personnel who are officially registered within the CSS scouting platform

This ensures the integrity of the evaluation process while safeguarding each player’s personal data and development information. Reports are not shared publicly or with unauthorized third parties, in full compliance with data privacy standards and organizational confidentiality protocols.

By maintaining this secure and exclusive access model, CSS is committed to providing trusted, high-quality scouting insights that support player development and responsible recruitment decisions across all levels of the game.
