Player Data

Central Scouting Services (CSS) maintains a secure and comprehensive global database of player information, curated through a combination of verified scouting reports, direct player submissions, and performance analytics. This data repository is an essential tool for facilitating informed evaluations and recruitment decisions across the hockey development spectrum.

Access to this data is strictly limited to professional scouts and personnel affiliated with accredited and recognized hockey programs. These include organizations operating at the professional, junior, collegiate (NCAA), and elite AAA levels. This access model ensures that sensitive player information is used solely for legitimate scouting and player development purposes, under the guidance of qualified hockey professionals.

CSS maintains a strict data privacy policy: player information is never sold, shared, or distributed to third-party entities for marketing, advertising, or commercial sales purposes. Our commitment to confidentiality ensures that the integrity of player evaluations is preserved, and that personal data remains protected.

Players registered within the CSS system are not permitted to access the profiles or data of other players, preserving the privacy and competitive integrity of each individual’s scouting profile. However, players who have created and activated their own profiles within the platform are granted the ability to communicate directly with coaches and scouts across all levels—provided those professionals have also activated their accounts and communication features.

The platform’s internal communication tools, including messaging, video conferencing, and other secure contact features, are designed to foster meaningful connections between players and scouts while maintaining a structured, transparent, and NCAA-compliant digital environment.

Through these systems, CSS continues to provide a professional and trusted ecosystem for hockey scouting, recruitment, and athlete visibility on a global scale.
