Central Scouting Services is proud to announce the early completion of its comprehensive Player/Scout Database update. As a result, the platform is now open for the initial “seeding” phase of registration. Full system functionality, including all communication features, will officially launch on September 1, 2025.
The enhanced platform has been thoughtfully redesigned based on direct feedback from players and scouting professionals. It features a modern, user-friendly interface with intuitive navigation, enabling more streamlined and accurate talent evaluation.
Complementary Android and iOS apps will also debut in September, offering a “lite” mobile version of the database. These apps will give scouts real-time access to critical player data—ideal for use at games, showcases, and while traveling.
To support better communication and collaboration, the updated system now includes secure internal messaging, real-time instant chat, and integrated video calling—all within the platform. All interactions between players and scouts are automatically archived and securely stored, ensuring full compliance with NCAA regulations and institutional policies.
